Crews with LMC Construction are performing punch list work on The Barcelona at Beaverton, a new four-story affordable housing project at Southwest Lombard Avenue and First Street. Substantial completion was reached last month on the 47-unit structure, which was designed by Carleton Hart Architecture for Community Partners for Affordable Housing.

The building includes 41 one-bedroom units, three two-bedrooms and three studios, as well as ground-floor community room and computer room, a top-floor patio and gathering space, and tuck-under parking.
