Crews with are finalizing construction of the first building at a two-building waterfront development on Northwest Front Avenue.  , formally known as Lot 8, is being developed by Las Vegas-based Fore Property Company and will feature a total of 260 units in two buildings. The first building is set to open to residents in October, followed by the second in early 2017.

The -designed buildings are six stories, with a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments over a below-grade parking garage with 260 stalls. Resident amenities include a rooftop deck with a fire pit, ground-floor community courtyard, community lounge, yoga and fitness studios, and co-working spaces.
