Hovland joins Westlake Consultants

Westlake Consultants has hired Nils Hovland as a civil designer in the firm’s engineering division. Hovland has experience with trails, streets, sanitary sewers, industrial sites and accessible streetscapes. He attended Iowa State University, where he studied civil and construction engineering technology.
