Humber Design Group has hired Andrew Xu as a project designer. Xu’s experience includes working as a test technician and digitizing Army Corps tide data. As a project designer, his responsibilities include project design, documentation, coordination, and stormwater calculations and reporting. He received his bachelor’s degree from Portland State University, and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and Engineers without Borders.
