Bremik Construction is putting the finishing touches on a four-story mixed-use building on Southwest Capitol Highway for developer Urban Asset Advisors. Turnover of the SERA Architects-designed project is slated for later this month; until then, crews will be landscaping, installing finishes in the garage and sheet metal on the exterior, and performing interior touch-ups.

The building consists of four ground-floor retail spaces and an at-grade parking garage, and a total of 70 apartments on the upper floors. The building has a slab-on-grade foundation and a concrete podium, while the upper floors are wood-framed. Floor plans are for studios, one-bedroom or two-bedroom units. The garage will be able to hold 40 vehicles, and the building also features bike storage and amenity space, and a fourth-floor outdoor deck lounge with a grill.

The building’s retail spaces have been leased by Little Big Burger, Spielman Bagels, Unitus Community Credit Union and Blue Star Donuts.
