LEVER Architecture recently added to its haul of awards after being named a . The firm was honored in the December issue of Architectural Record. The award honors young, up-and-coming architects that have created a notable portfolio of work.
LEVER Architecture’s founder, Thomas Robinson, was honored earlier this year by the Architectural League of New York as one of its 2017 Emerging Voices in Architecture.
Since 2000, Architectural Record has showcased promising practitioners who have led firms for a decade or less. Each honoree must have a portfolio of built projects and on-the-boards ones that reflect a nuanced approach to architecture and the ideas of a generation.
The firm’s work with cross-laminated timber projects such as Framework and Albina Yard contributed to its recognition in Architectural Record. The magazine also noted LEVER’s projects have an ability to enrich the public realm.
