IDM Apartments, a limited liability company in Vancouver, Washington, recently purchased a 16.89-acre site in West Salem from Cottonwood Development LLC for $3.32 million, according to a news release from CBRE Capital Markets. The housing developer has plans to build on the property.

The site is located along Linwood Street Northwest and Orchards Heights Road Northwest.聽The RM-II zoning allows for single-family and multifamily development.
