Portland nonprofit Central City Concern is currently building three separate residential and medical facilities in east and northeast Portland. Two of these projects, the six-story Blackburn residential and medical facility at East Burnside and 122nd Avenue and the Stark Street Apartments at Southeast 127th and Stark Street, were opened to the 91视频 for a tour recently. This video shows those two sites as they currently stand. All three facilities will be completed later this year.
