Families and their children get a chance to try out bulldozers, excavators and other heavy machinery at the event, which features dozens of booths manned by companies and agencies in both the public and private sectors. and a host of industry partners, Dozer Day has been held in Vancouver for years and recently began spreading out across the country. Now, the event is held in Vancouver, Yakima and Seattle, where it helps companies hire workers at the same time as it educates the next generation of skilled tradesmen and women.
