Transition Projects is working with Prosper Portland on the development.
  • Early assistance is pending for the construction of a new seven-story mixed-use building with below-grade parking at 5020 N.E. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. Currently, a retail building and surface parking lot are located on the 0.65-acre site. The applicant is Jennifer Farmer of owner Citycraft Development.
  • Early assistance is sought for a proposal to renovate or rebuild an existing Taco Bell restaurant at 7415 N.E. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. The applicants propose keeping the building footprint in the same location, and are interested in constructing an outdoor patio.   • A pre-application conference is pending for the creation of a creative crafts center or 鈥渕aker space鈥 for 22,437 square feet of underground space below the southwest parking garage of the Lloyd Center mall, at 2201 N.E. Lloyd Center. The applicant is Matt Lukas of Dallas, Texas-based Capref Lloyd II, LLC, and the owner is Capref Lloyd Center LLC.
  • A pre-application conference is sought for a new 240,320-square-foot warehouse building with associated vehicle parking and trailer parking areas on a 13.41-acre lot at 7626-7800 S./N.E. Alberta St. The applicant is Lee Leighton of Mackenzie, and the owner is Pyco LLC.
  • A pre-application conference is sought for a proposed seven-story mixed-use apartment complex with six levels of apartments over retail and building amenity space at 1431 N. Church St. The applicant is Lucy O’Sullivan of Works Progress Architecture, and the owner is Denise Johnson.
  • A Type II design review is pending for proposed improvements to the Adidas Village campus at 5060 N. Greeley Ave. The proposal is for three new buildings, site work, right-of-way work, a renovation to an existing plaza, new landscaping, and the relocation of the arrival drive to create a cohesive intersection at N.
