KNCC is requesting proposals for Phase #1 to complete the following: Demo of both existing male dorms and adjacent office spaces, framing and fire rated construction of (3) cadet dorms, including but not limited to; gypsum board assemblies, doors & hardware, acoustical ceilings, windows, and wall penetrations.
