Vacation rental property management firm Vacasa has moved into a new office at the recently completed Heartline development in the Pearl District. The firm occupies all 61,000 square feet of Heartline’s office space, with four floors of office and conference areas, a ground-floor lobby with a coffee bar, and a sprawling rooftop deck. The tenant improvement was designed by GBD Architects and built by Swinerton Builders. The Heartline project, which also includes a 15-story mixed-use residential tower, designed by Mithun and built by general contractor Andersen Construction for developer Security Properties.
