The project, which is being designed by , involves adding five classrooms at Felida Elementary School and two new classrooms at Eisenhower Elementary School, in Vancouver, Washington. All work will be awarded under a single prime contract. However, contractors may choose to bid on only one school project or the other, or both as a single project.

A nonmandatory pre-bid conference will take place Oct. 25 beginning at 3:30 p.m. at Eisenhower Elementary School and then continuing at Felida Elementary School.

Bids are due by 3 p.m. on Nov. 13, and may be submitted at the Jim Parsley Administrative Center, at 2901 Falk Road in Vancouver.

This is not the only such project being carried out by Vancouver Public Schools. A pre-bid conference is set for 4 p.m. on Oct. 17 at Fruit Valley Elementary School, 3410 Fruit Valley Road in Vancouver, for a . Formal bids for that project are due by Oct. 30. LSW Architects is also designing this project, and information can also be obtained from Horenstein.
