The Milwaukie Ledding Library will be a new 18,000sf Library inclusive of a new ground-up building along with all associated site improvements. The building structure is comprised of conventional footings / foundations, radiant slab on grade, wood framed wall system and glulam columns / beams. The exterior façade is comprised of prefabricated fiberglass windows, metal panels / flashing, and a single ply roofing system. Swinerton has already broken ground and will be complete with the existing building demo and pad prep by the middle of November. Competitive bids are being requested for the Concrete, Concrete Reinforcing, Rough Carpentry, Casework, Roofing, Waterproofing, Metal Panels, Doors, Glazing, Finishes, Specialties, and MEPF sub-bids. Bids are due on November 15, 2018 at 2pm. Sealed bids can be hand delivered to Sandra Silva, Administrative Assistant at 342 SW Second Ave, Portland, OR 97204.
