Homebuilder Pacific Lifestyle Homes has broken ground on its newest neighborhood, Amberglen, in the Salmon Creek area of Vancouver, Washington.

Amberglen features 60 residential lots ranging in size from 5,000 to 7,500 square feet. Floor plans will range from 1,814 to 3,756 square feet, with single-level or multilevel designs available.

All homes in the neighborhood will feature 9-foot-tall ceilings on the first floor, 鈥淪mart Home鈥� technology, granite slab countertops, stainless steel appliances, hand-scraped or smooth-plank hardwood floors, tile bathroom floors in the master suite, USB wall chargers and more.

Amberglen will be served by the Battle Ground Public Schools. When completed, the first model home will be located at 6701 N.E. 119th St. in Vancouver.

Homes will be priced starting in the $400,000s, with a grand opening expected in early 2019.
