Project Scope: Addition of a new auxiliary gymnasium building connecting to existing gymnasium building. Partial renovation of existing Gymnasium Building 10 lobby and balcony to include ADA restroom upgrades with new finishes, new classroom on second floor and new ADA compliant restroom on second floor. Renovation of the existing VTE Building 4 & 5 consisting of new Maker Lab and renovated Fabrication labs, new restroom, new enclosure for storage and new metal canopy for outdoor courtyard with new sprinkler systems. Addition of two classrooms to Building 4. Renovation of the existing Theater Building 8 consisting of new theatrical lighting, new sound board, renovated storage, green room and office.Renovation of the existing restrooms in Buildings 1 & 2 to include new fixtures, ADA upgrades and new finishes. Added site security fencing
