The Corvallis School District is seeking bids from firms interested in performing construction manager-general contractor services for projects originating from a $199.9 million bond measure passed by voters in May.

The district has grouped bond improvements into three packages.
Package A includes Lincoln and Hoover elementary school replacements and is not included in the scope of this RFP.
Package B includes improvements at Garfield Elementary, Wilson Elementary, Mountain View Elementary, Adams Elementary, Franklin K-8, Jefferson Elementary and Muddy Creek K-5.
Package C includes improvements at Linus Pauling Middle School, Crescent Valley High School, Harding Center, Corvallis High School and Cheldelin Middle School.
The contract period is expected to begin immediately upon selection and extend through completion and close-out of the projects in 2021. The school district has selected Wenaha Group Inc., as project manager, DLR Group as the architect for packages A and B, and Pivot Architecture as the architect for package C.
Sealed bid proposals will be accepted by the district until 3 p.m. on Nov. 29.
