Lease Crutcher Lewis, general contractor-construction manager for the Klamath Hall renovation project at the University of Oregon in Eugene, is for a wide range of work.

Bid Package No. 2 covers concrete, structural steel, casework, roofing, metal panels, flashing and trim, doors, frames, hardware supply, doors and hardware installation, glazing, drywall, framing, HM frame installation, blocking and backing, insulation, acoustic paneling, ceiling and flooring, resinous flooring, painting, signage, window coverings, fire suppression, controls and miscellaneous specialties.

The total construction cost is projected at approximately $15 million.

A pre-bid conference set for 3 p.m. on Nov. 20, at the jobsite location of 1370 Franklin Blvd., in Eugene, is mandatory for structural steel, demolition and framing contractors. That conference is nonmandatory for all other bidders.
