Building permits issued for Dec. 3-9

• A $2,242,074 institutional addition permit was issued for an 8,453-square-foot addition to a skilled nursing facility at 1475 S.E. 100th Ave. The applicants are Gretchen Stone and Dylan Chavez of CB | Two Architects, the contractor is Erwin Construction Company, and the owner is Oregon Conference Education & Association.

• An $842,379 new construction permit is under inspection for a three-story, six-unit apartment building at 7979 N. Jersey St. The applicant is Edward Radulescu of EPR Design LLC, and the contractor and owner is Crescent Custom Homes LLC.

• A $1,300,000 new construction permit is under inspection for a three-story, nine-unit apartment building at 3975 N.E. Garfield Ave. The applicant is Edward Radulescu of EPR Design LLC, and the contractor and owner is Crescent Custom Homes LLC.

• An $8,423,267 new construction permit was issued for a new five-story micro-apartment building with 91 鈥渟leeping rooms,鈥� four 鈥渄welling units鈥� and below-grade parking at 3912 N. Vancouver Ave. The applicant is Mike Coyle of Faster Permits and the contractor is Seabold Construction. • A $7,000,000 new construction permit is under inspection for Magnolia 2, a four-story affordable housing project with 50 living units and nine surface parking stalls at 415 N.E. Fargo St. The applicant is Julio Rocha of LRS Architects, the contractor is Bremik Construction, and the owner is Innovative Housing Inc.

• A $1,030,000 alteration permit is under review for the conversion of areas of an eco-roof to habitable roof terrace space on a Brewery Blocks building at 1125 N.W. Couch St. The project would include an athletic area, seating space, new fencing, pathway and benches. The applicant is Lindsey Newman of GBD Architects, the contractor is Lease Crutcher Lewis, and the owner is SPF Brewery Blocks LLC.

• A $621,032 new construction permit is under review for a new two-story, seven-unit apartment building on the 8000 block of North Princeton Street. The applicant is Casey McGuirl of McGuirl Designs and Architecture, the contractor is Citycraft Development LLC, and the owner is A&L Properties LLC.

• A $3,500,000 new construction permit is under review for a four-story mixed-use building with ground-floor retail space and 36 residential units at 1935 N. • An $850,000 new construction permit is under review for a new 1,200-square-foot single-story retail building with an eco-roof at Providence Park, 1844 S.W. Morrison St. The applicant is John Weil of John Weil Architecture, the contractor is James E John Construction, and the owner is the city of Portland.

• A $4,300,000 alteration permit was issued for a tenant improvement for Finastra on the third floor of the Meier & Frank Building at 621 S.W.
