Prospective bidders can send requests for proposal documents by emailing Juliet Jacobsen of , the owner’s representative for the project, at [email protected].

A mandatory pre-bid conference for the project will take place at 11 a.m. on Dec. 19 at the district’s Hibbard Building, at 6960 S.W. Sandburg St. in Tigard. All bids are due by 3 p.m. on Jan. 10, 2019.
