| Westridge Elementary School work will include roof replacement, envelope elements, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire sprinkler, demo, seismic upgrades, and architectural improvements.
Construction dates: June – August of 2019. Proposers may obtain electronic copies of the RFP Documents from Michael Maximchuk or view them at Mortenson鈥檚 Office. Proposals shall be submitted to Michael Maximchuk by 2:00 PM PST, March 18, 2019. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference and walk-through will be held at 2:30 PM PST on Thursday March 7, 2019 at Westridge Elementary School. Michael Maximchuk |
