Early assistance is sought for the modernization of Benson Polytechnic High School, at 546 N.E. 12th Ave. The project would include a new 100,000-square-foot building and a potential parking structure on the site of a current 1.5-acre parking lot, as well as ADA access improvements to the adjacent Buckman Field Park. Early assistance is sought for a 92,385-square-foot building at the southeast corner of Southeast Second Avenue and Ash Street, currently a surface parking lot. Early assistance is sought for the conversion of a section of a church parking lot on the 3200 block of Southwest Sunset Boulevard to an affordable housing multi-plex. The owner may potentially sell about a half-acre portion of the lot with the condition that the purchaser agrees to build affordable housing. A pre-application conference is sought for the two-phase construction of a hydrogen fueling station on an unimproved industrial parcel at the northwest corner of Northeast 47th Avenue and Columbia Boulevard.
