• A design advice request was filed for the 14-acre U.S. Postal Service site at 715 N.W. Hoyt St. The applicant, Sarah Harpole of owner Prosper Portland, is hoping for hearings on June 6 and July 11. A pre-application conference is also sought for a Central City Master Plan for the project.

• Early assistance is sought for construction of 60 units of low-barrier permanent supportive housing on an unimproved lot at 11332 S.E. Division St. The applicant is Laurie Linville-Gregston of Ankrom Moisan Architects, and the owners are Eung and Kyung Lee.

• Early assistance is sought for construction of a townhome development consisting of 14 two-story units and four three-story units at 5143 E. Burnside St. The 0.52-acre site currently contains a single-family residence. The applicant is Joseph Karman of Joseph A Karman Architects, and the owner is L&M Recreation LLC.

• Early assistance is pending for a five-lot subdivision for single-family detached housing at 4427 N.E. Prescott St. The development would contain a common green for frontage and a parking tract; an existing home at the site would remain. The applicant is Daniel Silvey of DBS Group LLC, and the owner is Kyle Owens.

• A Type III design review with modifications is sought for a 23-story mixed-use building at 350 N.W. 12th Ave proposed by Seattle-based Vibrant Cities. A 170-room Hyatt Place hotel would occupy 11 floors, and 110 one-bedroom and studio apartment units would occupy the others. The applicant is Li Alligood of Otak Inc., and the owner is Parq on 12th LLC.
