Early assistance is sought for rehabilitation of a 100-year-old five-story concrete office building at 525 N.E. Oregon St. The building is currently used by education and office tenants, including the East West College of the Healing Arts. A pre-application conference is sought for improvements to a property at 701 E. Burnside St., a half-block site that includes a commercial building and a surface parking area. The commercial building was last occupied by Burnside Brewing Co., which closed earlier this year.
