Building permits issued for April 22-28

• A $640,000 addition permit was issued on deferred submittal for curtainwall on a building at the Adidas campus at 5060 N. Greeley Ave. The applicant is Mike Coyle of Faster Permits, the contractor is Bellevue, Washington-based PCL Construction Services Inc., and the owner is Adidas Village Corporation.

• A $619,724 new construction permit was issued on deferred submittal for exterior metal stud framing on Mill Creek Residential Trust’s Modera Glisan mixed-use project at 1430 N.W. Hoyt St. The applicant is Dustin Simonis of contractor MCRT PNW Construction LLC, and the owner is Glisan Apartments LLC. A $250,910 permit was also issued on deferred submittal for glass guardrails.

• A $1,224,252 new construction permit was issued for a new 15-unit apartment building at 4647 S.E. 40th Ave. The building will be comprised of a two-story wing and a three-story wing with a connecting bridge. • Two new construction permits, each valued at $566,000, were issued for a 105-square-foot digester gas treatment system electrical enclosure and a 489-square-foot digester gas treatment system processing enclosure at the Columbia Boulevard Wastewater Treatment Plant at 5003 N.
