LMC Construction is requesting bids for the upcoming Halsey 106 Project located in Portland, Oregon.

Project Description: Halsey 106 is a new 6-story mixed-use development with (75) dwelling units, 10,000 SQFT retail and 10,000 SQFT office space. The project includes full site development and Right-Of-Way improvements. The structure includes a concrete podium at level two, 5-stories of traditional wood-framing at the residential wing and heavy timber construction over the podium on the office wing.

THE UNION REQUIREMENT FOR THIS PROJECT NO LONGER APPLIES. BIDDERS WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A PLA

Project Requirements:
1. Project is subject to BOLI Commercial Prevailing Wages AND Davis- Bacon Commercial Prevailing Wages. Contractors will be required to pay the higher wage rate for any given trade classification between BOLI and Davis-Bacon. Pay rate must be equal to the stated hourly rate plus fringe for any trade classification.

2. The applicable BOLI wage determination is dated January 1, 2017 with the April 1, 2017 Amendment. The Applicable Davis-Bacon wage determination is general decision #OR180029 dated November 23, 2018. Both wage determinations are included in the below DropBox link.

3. The project is subject to the Portland Housing Bureau’s policies for Workforce Training and Section 3 Hiring Practices. Please reference PHB’s documentation in the below DropBox link.

Construction is set to begin in August 2019
