Building permits issued for April 29-May 5

• A $600,000 addition permit was issued on deferred submittal for lighting seismic work on the Providence Park expansion project at 1844 S.W. Morrison St. The applicant is Casey Miller of contractor Turner Construction Co., and the owner is the city of Portland.

• A $905,000 alteration permit was issued on deferred submittal for attachment of mechanical, electrical and information technology equipment at the Towne Storage Building at 221 S.E. Ankeny St. The applicant is Nathan Clark of contractor Fortis Construction, and the owner is 224 Fifth Madison Park LLC of Los Angeles.

• A $900,000 new construction permit is under inspection for a two-story, eight-unit townhouse-style apartment building at 1875 N.E. Second Ave. The applicant is Bob Schatz of Allusa Architecture, the contractor is Elliott Properties Inc., and the owner is Kristen Bakouros.

• A $700,000 new construction permit is under inspection for a two-story, 12-unit apartment building at 1627 S.E. Reedway St. The applicant is Steve Fosler of Fosler Portland Architecture, the contractor is BTS Homes Inc., and the owner is Alpina Properties LLC.

Building permit intakes for April 29-May 5

• A $3,000,000 alteration permit is under review for a tenant improvement to remodel a hanger building at 7759 N.E. Mary Olson Way. The applicant is Dae Suh of Kansas City, Missouri-based Burns & McDonnell, the owner is the Port of Portland, and the primary contractor is out to bid.

• Two new construction permits, each valued at $900,000, are under review for identical three-story, 12-unit apartment buildings on adjacent parcels on the 7400 block of North St. Louis Avenue. The applicant is Mark Lisac of contractor Lisac Brothers Construction, and the owners are St Louis Six LLC and Lisac Brothers Construction.

• A $589,310 new construction permit is under review for a three-story triplex on the 400 block of Southeast 111th Avenue. The applicant is Dean Zarosinski of Zarosinski Engineering & Design, the owners are Vitaliy Yasinskiy and Oleg Yaskov, and the primary contractor is out to bid.

• A $694,008 new construction permit is under review for erection of a 7,776-square-foot prefabricated steel building at 3865 N.W. St. Helens Road. The applicant is Algird Zalpys of contractor Algirdas Contracting Inc., and the owner is BCS Properties LLC.

• A $1,147,297 alteration permit was issued for a tenant improvement for Gartner on the 10th floor of the KOIN Tower at 222 S.W. Columbia St. The applicant is Jay Ruff of KOIN Tower/KC Venture LLC, the contractor is Inline Commercial Construction, and the owner is KC Venture LLC.

• A $5,400,000 alteration permit was issued for interior and exterior improvements to the Williams Plaza apartment building at 2041 N.W. Everett St. The applicant is Paul Conrad of Salazar Architect Inc., the contractor is Walsh Construction Co., and the owner is Home Forward. A $1,686,957 mechanical alteration permit was also issued for the project; the contractor is Portland Mechanical Contractors.

Facility permit intakes for April 29-May 5

• A $935,900 alteration permit is under review for a tenant improvement for IDL Worldwide at the 120 Clay building at 1615 S.E. Second Ave. The applicant is Mike Coyle of Faster Permits, the contractor is R&H Construction, and the owner is 120 Clay Development LLC.

• A $5,000,000 alteration permit is under review for a Concourse C deplaning level Phase 2 tenant improvement at Portland International Airport. The applicant is Mike Coyle of Faster Permits, the contractor is Hoffman Skanska LLC, and the owner is the Port of Portland. A $1,000,000 mechanical alteration permit is also under review for the project; the primary contractor is out to bid.

• A $3,250,000 alteration permit is under review for improvements to the roof of Antoinette Hatfield Hall at 1111 S.W. Broadway. The applicant is Nancy Strening of Metro, the contractor is Pacificmark Construction, and the owner is the city of Portland.

• An $800,000 alteration permit is under review for a tenant improvement for PacifiCorp on the 20th floor of the Lloyd Center Tower at 825 N.E. Multnomah St. The applicant is Heidi Payne of Bainbridge Design, the contractor is Deacon Construction, and the owner is PacifiCorp.
