PP&R will be improving the Upper Garden portions of the current Leach Botanical Garden Property for the public’s use. Improvements will include new gardens, pathways, public spaces, parking lots, steel aerial tree walk, structures and upgraded utilities. Additional work will include the completion of a portion of S.E. Claybourne Street, including the public utilities.

Project Includes: Flagging/Traffic Control, Survey, Demolition, Site Clean Up, Concrete, Rebar, Cast-In-Place Concrete, Concrete Cutting, Masonry, Structural Steel Framing, Metal Fabrication, Rough Carpentry, Waterproofing, Coating/ Painting, Signage, Electrical, Clearing & Grubbing, Fill & Backfill, Excavation, Erosion Control, Asphalt Paving, Aggregate, Curbs/Gutters/Sidewalks, Pavement Marking/ Striping, Fencing, Irrigation, Underground Utilities.
