  • Early assistance is pending for construction of a 27-unit apartment building at 5105 S.E. Woodstock Blvd. The site currently contains a single-family residence. The applicant is Mark Lisac of Lisac Brothers Construction, and the owner is Harry Hanna.
  • Early assistance is sought for a four- or five-story affordable housing building consisting of between 118 and 130 units at 7601 S.E. Division St. The 0.92-acre site currently contains a surface parking lot. The applicant is Brian Morris of Scott | Edwards Architecture, and the owner is Dig 76th Division LLC, which is registered to Nicholas Diamond of Real Estate Investment Group.
  • Early assistance is sought for discussion of the feasibility, needed analysis and evidence to amend the Con-way Master Plan as applied to Blocks 16, 261 and 262 to allow a hotel. Block 16, at 2169 N.W. Thurman St., currently contains a 9,600-square-foot garage building and a small surface parking lot. Block 261, a 1.10-acre site at 2055 W./N.W. Savier St., currently contains a surface parking lot, as does Block 262, a 1.31-acre site at 1635 W./N.W. 19th Ave. No changes are proposed to Master Plan-wide floor-area-ratio caps or existing height limits. The applicant is Dana Krawczuk of Stoel Rives, and the owner is XPO Properties Inc.
  • A pre-application conference is sought for a proposed 24-hour residential care facility with 60-90 beds on a 0.92-acre parcel zoned R10 at Southwest Boones Ferry Road and Clara Lane. The residents would not be driving or owning cars parked at the site. The building would contain one common kitchen and a common dining area, and resident rooms would consist of a sleeping area and a private half bath. The applicant is Edward Radulescu of EPR Design LLC, and the owners are Leonardo and Milagros Domingo.
  • A pre-application conference is sought for two proposed three-story affordable multifamily buildings at 2171 N.W. Glisan St. The site currently contains a triplex that is a non-contributing structure in the Alphabet Historic District. The focus would be on providing compact residences for single mothers via 13 two-bedroom units and a 600-square-foot day care space on a basement level. The applicant is David Horsley of Dao Architecture, and the owner is 2167-2171 NW Glisan LLC, of which the sole member is Deborah Sposito.
  • A pre-application conference is pending for the renovation of the 18,000-square-foot Artists Repertory Theatre building at 1515 S.W. Morrison St. The renovation will add new theater, rehearsal, office and support space, and include the addition of a second floor to increase the building’s total floor area to approximately 28,000 square feet. An existing covered drive will be infilled with a new main entry and lobby space. An existing below-grade parking garage will remain, with one level being accessed along Southwest 15th Avenue and the other to be accessed from a new entry in the future ART Tower. The building will also undergo a full seismic upgrade. The applicant is Doug Sheets of LEVER Architecture, and the owner is Artists Repertory Theatre.
