DEVELOPMENT

Alma Flores has joined REACH Community Development as director of housing development. She will lead a team of three housing development project managers focused on building affordable apartment communities throughout the Portland-metro area, including southwest Washington. Flores previously served as community and economic development director for the city of Milwaukie. She also has held leadership roles with the cities of Beaverton and Portland, and in Framingham, Massachusetts. She holds a master鈥檚 degree in city planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a bachelor鈥檚 degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
