Florida-based developer has kept busy in the Portland market in recent years with multifamily projects. Its latest proposal is for a 13-story building on a full block in Goose Hollow, bounded by Southwest Main and Madison streets and Southwest 19th and 20th avenues.

As submitted to the Portland Bureau of Development Services, the building would hold 330 , and below-grade parking would accommodate up to 399 motor vehicles. Parking would be split between building residents and members of the nearby Multnomah Athletic Club.

A site plan submitted to shows a U-shaped building with a central courtyard, which would open to Madison Street. Two rooftop amenity decks – one on the east wing and one on the west – would be included.

BDS staffers on Wednesday met with representatives of , the firm designing the project, during a pre-application conference. Mill Creek Residential Trust will serve as both developer and general contractor.

The project team now will seek Type III design review.
