Early assistance is sought for the phased redevelopment of the Dekum Court affordable housing complex, which currently has 40 units on 5.3 acres at 7003 N.E. 27th Ave. The project’s first phase will include demolition of an existing Head Start building and construction of at least 40 new apartment homes. Early assistance is sought for construction of an 8-foot-high ornamental fence around the property line of the Pacific Northwest College of Art at 511 N.W. Broadway. The fence would include a 16-foot rolling gate, a pair of 8-foot swinging gates, and a swinging gate exit at the bottom of each set of stairs, each with panic hardware on the inside and plates to prevent access to panic hardware from the outside. A Type II greenway procedure is sought for a project to convert a former industrial facility on the Willamette River, at 10504 N.W. St. Helens Road, into a habit mitigation site.
