• A pre-application conference was requested for a 17-story point tower on the west side of a Goose Hollow site at 950 S.W. 21st Ave. The building would broaden at the lower levels to span the site from Southwest 20th Avenue to 21st Avenue. The proposed building would be 173 feet tall. Francis Dardis of Ankrom Moisan Architects is the applicant, and the owner is Portland Towers Apartments LLC.

• A 43,000-square-foot multi-tenant office building is proposed for 11051 S.W. Barbur Blvd. The applicant is Derek Metson of Greenbox Architecture in Oregon City, and the owner is SW Barbur LLC of Las Vegas.

• A proposal for 1425 S.E. 24th Ave. would add six units to an existing six-unit apartment complex. The applicant is Aron Faegre of Aron Faegre Architect. The owner is Dellacourt Management LLC of Portland.

• Early assistance is requested for a proposal to extend Northwest Dover Street by about 550 feet in the vicinity of Northwest Winston Drive. The project would add seven single-family homes. The applicant is Michael Person of William / Kaven Architecture, and the owner is WKL Development LLC of Portland.
