A building permit valued at $925,000 was issued to create office suites, commercial kitchen and manufacturing facilities with office at 606 S.E. 11^th Ave. The work involves interior demising and a voluntary seismic upgrade. The applicant is Michael Parshall of Woodblock Architecture, the owner is 602 SE 11^th LLC and the contractor is Don Rue of JHC Commercial LLC in Portland.
