- Design advice has been requested for a five-story building and a six-story building on Northwest 19th Avenue, in the Con-way master plan area. Plans for the five-story building, on Block 261, call for 138 residential units and tuck-under parking. Plans for the six-story building, on Block 262, call for 214 residential units and basement parking. Stormwater disposal is anticipated to be through dry wells. The applicant is Kurt Schultz of SERA Architects; the project owner is XPO Properties Inc.
- Design advice has been requested for a seven-story building at 550 S.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Plans call for five stories of wood construction over two stories of concrete construction. The applicant is Marcus Lima of GBD Architects; the project owner is Burns Bros Inc. of Lake Oswego.
