Building permits issued for Dec. 7-13, 2020

• A permit valued at $33,475,000 was issued for new construction of a six-story apartment building at 2065 S.W. River Parkway. The work includes five stories of wood framing over a concrete podium with ground-floor commercial space and daylit basement parking. The applicant is Don Sowieja of Ankrom Moisan Architects, the property owner is the city of Portland, and the contractor is Hoffman Construction.
