Two Tualatin apartment properties totaling 94 units have sold to a California buyer for $14 million.
The properties are Cypress Gardens, 19545 S.W. Boones Ferry Road, and Casa de Robles, 19605 S.W. Boones Ferry Road.
The buyer was Trion Properties, an investment firm based in West Hollywood, California. The seller was not identified in a news release, and Washington County records were not immediately available.
“The primary appeal of Cypress Gardens and Casa De Robles includes the long-term upside and tremendous suburban location, which offers walkability to grocery stores, restaurants, and major retailers,” stated Tyler Linn, vice president of Kidder Mathews, which represented the buyer. “These factors, combined with the strength of suburban markets, continue to attract investors to Portland’s metro area. With strategic capital investments, the properties are well positioned to provide new ownership solid returns moving forward.”
Kidder Mathews’ Clay Newton and Jordan Carter also worked on the sale.
Cypress Gardens was built in 1973, and Casa De Robles in 1968.
