Building permits issued for Dec. 21-27, 2020

  • A $1,956,260 new construction permit was issued at 4785 NN Lombard St., Portland. Construction includes a new three-story apartment building with 20 units. Doug Circosta of Doug Circosta Architect LLC is the applicant, Portsmouth Union Church is the property owner and Albina Construction LLC is the contractor.
  • A $1,824,500 building permit is under inspection at 5516 SW Barnes Road, Portland. The work includes replacing the existing top mounted antennas with new antennas. Gray Haertig of Gray Frierson Haertig & Associates is the applicant, Nexstar Broadcasting Inc. is the property owner and Eric Devries of Radio Tower Co. is the contractor.
  • A $1,750,000 demolition permit was issued at 5001 N Columbia Blvd., Portland. The work includes demolition of a composter facility, sludge and solid conveyors. Julietta Randles of Bureau of Environmental Services is the applicant, City of Portland is the property owner and Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. is the contractor.

  • A $1.8 million new construction permit is under review at 1824 NE Davis St., Portland. Construction includes a new three-story apartment building with 20 units. Steve Fosler of Fosler Architecture is the applicant and PDX-Davis LLC is the property owner. The contractor is out to bid.
  • An $847,999 building permit is under review at 6801 NE Columbia Blvd., Portland. The work includes new interior walls to create offices, a work area, restrooms, a conference room, break room, showroom and a new mezzanine racking. Ryan Pickrel of Faster Permits is the applicant and Columbia Industrial Park Condominiums Owner Association is the property owner. The contractor is out to bid.
  • An $815,000 alteration permit is under review at 1810 SE 5th Ave., Portland. The work includes new interior partition walls to create offices, meeting rooms and new restrooms. Nicole Nebelung of RSP Architects is the applicant and Portland State University is the property owner. The contractor is out to bid.

  • A $1,175,000 alteration permit was issued at PDX Terminal six. The work includes a demolition of walls, remodel of the Hollywood theatre, new walls to create storefronts, offices, breakrooms, storage rooms, newsstand, retail area, ceiling, flooring, finishes, plumping and electricity. Mike Coyle of Faster Permits is the applicant, Port of Portland is the property owner and Interior Exterior Specialist LLC is the contractor.
  • ÌýA $1.1 million alteration permit was issued at 825 NNE Multnomah St., Portland. The work includes a demolition of walls to create an open office, conference rooms, phone rooms, dense filing room, huddle room, enclave, work room, audit room, coat room, alcove, storage, reconfiguration of existing rest rooms, ceiling, flooring, finishes, plumping and electricity. Heidi Payne of Bainbridge Design is the applicant, Pacificorp is the property owner and Deacon Construction LLC is the contractor.
