Building permits issued for Dec. 28, 2020-Jan. 3, 2021

• A $1,046,000 new construction permit is under inspection for 2320 N. Vancouver Ave. Plans call for construction of a three-story, 18-unit apartment building with interior bike and trash enclosure. Steve Fosler of Fosler Portland Architecture LLC is the applicant, DIG RH Vancouver Apartments LLC is the project owner, and GSI Builders Inc. is the contractor.

• A $630,000 new construction permit was issued for 3291 S.E. 122nd Ave. The work includes construction of a two-story, eight-unit apartment building with a detached, 256-square-foot bike and trash enclosure. Bayard Mentrum of Mentrum Architecture is the applicant. Janiss and Tuan Tran are the project owners, and Damir Karin of DK Homes LLC is the contractor.

• A $675,000 new construction permit was issued for 2015 N.E. 47th Ave. The work involves construction of a two-story, five-unit apartment building. Bob Schatz of Bob Schatz Architect is the applicant, Right Bauer LLC is the project owner, and David Green Construction LLC is the contractor.

• A $1,200,000 mechanical permit was issued for 12000 S.W. 49th Ave. The work includes installation of ductwork, grilles, diffusers, pumps, terminal units, air handling unit, humidifier, exhaust fans and electricity. Rashmi Vasavada of Hacker is the applicant, Portland Community College District is property owner, and Total Mechanical Inc. is the contractor.
