Construction would include a 123-room hotel along the north property boundary and a 4,000-square-foot retail store and gas station abutting the North Hayden Island Drive right-of-way. Jennifer Rinkus of Baysinger Partners Architecture is the applicant and Thunderbird Hotel LLC is the project owner.

• An application for early assistance is pending for 9223 N. Berkeley Ave. Portland Parks & Recreation is planning a project to replace the existing pathways and curb ramps with ADA-compliant pathways as well as add an ADA-compliant pathway on the east side of the park. Jill Hutchinson of Portland Parks & Recreation is the applicant, and the city of Portland is the project owner.

• An application for early assistance is pending for 5151 N.W. Cornell Road. The Portland Audubon Society seeks guidance on environmental code 33.430 status of three bird enclosures that are associated with Portland Audubon Wildlife Care Center. Tim Brooks of Winterbrook Planning is the applicant and Audubon Society of Portland Oregon is the project owner.
