• An application for early assistance is pending for review under current code for property along Northeast Killingsworth Street (97218 area code). The proposal is for an affordable housing development with approximately 63 units, associated on-site parking and site improvements. Stormwater would be managed on site in accordance with Bureau of Environmental Services standards. Dave Otte of Holst Architecture is the applicant and Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church of Portland Oregon is the project owner.

• An application for early assistance is pending for proposed improvements at 1546 S.E. 169th Place. Plans call for a new gymnasium, on-site sanitary and water connections, a fire lane, ADA parking and connection improvements, landscape improvements, and new pavement for an existing parking lot. Stormwater disposal methods would include direct treatment and infiltration through LIDA facilities. Matt Lewis of Cardno is the applicant, and School District No. 28J is the project owner.

• An application for early assistance is pending for property along Southwest Third Avenue, at Madison Street. Plans call for reconfiguration of a second-story glazing area and loggia glazing area, addition of screening to the Third Avenue colonnade, and new fully glazed vestibule at an entry on Madison Street. LRS Architects’ Paul Boundy and Kevin Schneider, and Multnomah County’s Robert Griffiths are the applicants. The association of unit owners of the Justice Center is the project owner.

• An application for early assistance is pending for 1105 S.W. Maplecrest Drive. Plans call for construction of a 1,700-square-foot house where a previously demolished house once stood. Patrick and Ashley Grainey are the applicants. Jennifer and Brian Frownfelter are the project owners.
