• An application for early assistance is pending for the consideration of an additional second outdoor storage area at 16834 N.E. Mason Court. Sage Connolly of Praxair Inc. is the applicant and Hidden Springs Limited Partnership is the project owner.

• An application for early assistance is pending for proposed land division at 6406 S.E. 42nd Ave., unit A. Plans call for demolition of an existing single-family residence to develop a new one with an attached accessory dwelling unit on the new lot. Auryn White of BAMA Architecture is the applicant and Jeffrey Nelson is the project owner.

• An application for early assistance is pending for proposed construction at 15031 S.E. Division St. Construction would include one L-shaped, four-story, 66-unit multifamily building with structured parking, bicycle parking, a community room and a leasing office. Applicants are Robin Smith, William Syrious and Greg Whiteley of Stewardship Properties LLC. 15031 SE Division LLC is the project owner.

• An application for early assistance is pending for a proposed multistory building with parking at 1947 N.W. Overton St. Different configurations of the proposed building are being considered to either partially or fully serve as an expansion for the existing DoveLewis main facility. Lee Leighton of Mackenzie is the applicant. Gertrude Hendrix and Lawrence Hendrix are the project owners.
