• An application for design advice is pending for input on bridge type options for the replacement of the Burnside Bridge with a long-span bridge. The applicants are Megan Neill of Multnomah County’s Transportation Division – Bridges and Heather Catron of HDR. Multnomah County is the project owner.

• An application for early assistance is pending for 615 S. Palatine Hill Road. The proposal is for an addition on the west side of the Templeton Campus Center and an interior remodel of the second level. Plans call for demolition of 3,688 square feet of the existing building and 8,065 square feet of new construction for a total net gain of 4,377 square feet. Also, plans call for a 1,500-square-foot covered outdoor dining area to be added to the north end of the addition. Jennifer Russina of ZGF Architects is the applicant and Lewis & Clark College is the project owner.
