• An application for early assistance is pending for 2440 N. Lombard St. The proposal calls for construction a four-story, 16-unit multifamily project. The applicants are Nathan Arnold of Faster Permits and Ryan Zygar of Tieton Homes LLC. Myers Living Trust of Vancouver, Washington, is the project owner.

• An application for early assistance is pending for 252 N.W. Maywood Drive. The proposal calls for creation of an open space and a play area on the property, which is located in an Environmental Zone. Less than 15 percent of the overall property would be used to provide a play area for kids. The project would include adding 20 native trees, more than 50 shrubs and ground cover to attract birds. Jason and Cara Harvey are the applicants and project owners.

• An application for early assistance is pending for 3226 S.E. Division St. The proposal calls for creation of a food cart pod on the 100-foot-by-100-foot parcel, which is comprised of 3226 and 3232 S.E. Division St. The pod would contain 22 food carts, permanent restrooms and a trash room. It’s possible that the site could shift and be comprised of 3226 S.E. Division St. and 2508 S.E. 32nd Ave. All of the pod’s roofs would discharge to a new drywell, and the existing water and sewer connections would be used. All of the new paving would be permeable. Brett Schulz of Brett Schulz Architect is the applicant and Andrew Ricker is the project owner.

• An application for early assistance is pending for 12529 S.E. Powell Blvd. Plans call for construction of two separate multifamily buildings with 169 total units. Building A would be three stories and Building B would be four stories. Both would have courtyards and stormwater disposal via a drywell system. Erik Petersen of MWA Architects is the applicant and USA Powell LLC of Roseville, California, is the project owner.
