• An application for early assistance is pending for 4961 S.E. 73rd Ave. The proposal calls for construction of two new buildings on an existing lot. Both of the buildings would be three stories above grade with a basement. Each building would have 1-16 units. Stormwater treatment would be on-site. James McGuirl of McGuirl Designs & Architecture is the applicant and NW Redevelopment 8 LLC is the project owner.

• An application for early assistance is pending for 2771 N.W. Thurman St. The proposal calls for five three-story dwellings. Each would have a garage and a roof deck. Robin Wilcox of Skylab Architecture is the applicant, and Edgar Waehrer and Susan Sturgis are the project owners.

• An application for early assistance is pending for 1536 S.E. 50th Ave. The proposal calls for 12 townhouses on the north side of Southeast Clay Street and six townhouses or two single-family residences (each with an accessory dwelling unit) on the south side. Steve Melkerson of Caliber Homes is the applicant. The project owners are Ceanne and Steve Melkerson and SE 50th & Clay LLC.
