The project consists of a historical renovation and conversion of a 4 story 53,600 SF, unreinforced masonry building together with a remodel of the 1953 and 1993 wing addition containing 39 residential units. Construction of a new 4 story, 32,000 SF wood frame apartment with 40 living units. The project also includes, redevelopment of the 3-acre site including excavation, Asphalt Shingles and TPO Roofing, Metal Clad Windows, and finished interiors.
