Oregon State University’s Gladys Valley Marine Studies Building received the top honor during the 91ÊÓƵ’s annual TopProjects event, which took place Thursday evening at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland. The Newport project, submitted by Andersen Construction, was named Project of the Year.

Two other projects received special awards. The Outside In East Clinic, submitted by Walsh Construction, was named Public Service Project of the Year. Also, Snow Peak North American Headquarters, submitted by BnK Construction and Skylab Architecture, was named Small Project of the Year.
