Noteworthy: Windsor Engineers was able to use a common theme and consistent approach in all four of these studies to help the city fulfill its vision for emergency recovery and disaster readiness. The approach taken at Cannon Beach could apply to any water utility. The leadership by the city manager, city emergency manager, and the city鈥檚 Public Works director really made this project work exciting and fun to work on. This also is consistent with Windsor鈥檚 mantra of 鈥淢aking Engineering Fun.鈥�
