Five members of Perlo Construction‘s executive leadership have joined the company’s ownership team.
Jeff Fisher, president; Chris Gregg, senior vice president of operations; Chris McLaughlin, vice president of preconstruction services; Devin Koopman, vice president of construction services; and Todd Duwe, vice president of business development, join long-time owners Jeff Perala and Gayland Looney.

The ownership expansion presents the opportunity for long-term sustainability for a company that’s been in business since the 1950s.
Perlo, based in Tualatin, is a regional commercial construction company with projects based in Oregon, Washington and California. The company employs more than 300 workers, including engineers, superintendents, project managers, craftspeople, estimators, and administrative support staff.
