DISTRICT NEW STATION 81

Bid Date: 3/17/22 @ 2PM

As a part of this bid, KNCC is requesting subcontractor and supplier proposals to complete all scopes of work for the construction of the new Boardman Fire Station 81. The building will be approximately 15,000 square feet and include a 4-bay apparatus bay, living quarters, district offices, and community space. Site work will include new parking lots, private and public outdoor spaces, and
landscaping. We are not requesting bids for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing or Pre-Engineered Metal Building Scopes.There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting held on-line via Microsoft Teams. 11:00 am on Thursday, March 3rd. Please email聽 [email protected] for an invitation to this meeting.

The project site for the new fire station is located at 150 Willow Fork, Boardman, OR 97818.
